Innovative pharmaceutical giant Novartis is expanding near MIT
Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research has leased a four-acre parcel of MIT land at 181 Massachusetts Avenue (corner of Albany Street) and is planning to augment the Novartis Cambridge Campus, where its global research headquarters are located. By expanding in proximity to MIT and other research institutions, Novartis intends to create an ideal environment for interdisciplinary collaboration, open communication, and exchange of knowledge.
